This class is for folks who love wine, but find the world of tasting notes befuddling or intimidating. Wine can (and should!) be mysterious, but we’re going to provide you with a firm foundation to understand—and thereby better enjoy—the wines you drink. While guided tasting and discussion is at the heart of this class experience, we’ll explain the key aspects of wine before tasting anything: tannin, body, acidity, sweetness, aroma, and flavor. With a little bit of science and a bit of psychology, we’ll provide tips and tricks to navigate the choreography and mechanics of tasting.
