Kick off your week with a 45 minute signature barre3 class at the barre3 N. Williams Studio before heading across the street to Ora Et Labora for cheeses and accouterments and a flight of wines made by women winemakers.
Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. We encourage everyone to move in a way that feels authentic to them, honoring the daily difference we each experience both physically and mentally. We celebrate clients' agency to modify each workout to meet themselves where they are at that moment. Our classes encourage staying present in the moment through mindfulness, ending each class with a focus on breathwork.
